Buena Vista Custom Millworks first opened its doors in 2018 with a few logs, a portable sawmill, and a serious passion for the wood industry. The founder, Austin Rogers, grew up learning the wood trade early on from his father, Scott Rogers, who has nearly 40 years experience in custom cabinetry and millwork. Now, with over a decade of experience himself, Austin and his team are working hard to provide high quality products and services to Chaffee County and surrounding areas.
Our Mission is to exceed our customers expectations in quality, delivery, and cost through continuous improvement and customer interaction. They use very sophisticated equipment that allows them to cut many different cuts and styles, for inside finish material and also various widths and lengths for outside such as yard fences, board and batten siding and the list goes on and on. Very useful, is an on site drying kiln for interior projects. An exact same cost proposal was over $1000 more from a mill north of Silverthorne, not including delivery or hauling cost!
